Exploration of Kamakura & Hase-dera
Enjoying the Japanese culture
Kamakura is well known for its beautiful scenery and its significant temples. It has many historically significant Buddhist temples and Shinto shrines, some of which are over 1200 years old.
We took the JR to the Yokosuka Line to Kamakura station in the morning. We wore kimono to explore Japanese culture and for better photos.
Explore the Hase-dera temple
Hase-dera temple is a Buddhist temple located in Kamakura city. The temple has many statues of Jizo.
Beautiful hydrangeas.
The temple is also renowned for its hydrangeas, especially during June and July, which are the blooming periods. We took a lot of photos of the hydrangeas.
