We will develop a Image editing and compression software. This software help the user edit the photo and compress the photo easily.

This software helps the user edit the photo and compress the photo easily. This software contains the following functions such as editing the Brightness , contrast and invert for the photo .For image compression, the software allow the user to compress the 24-bit image by creating 8 bit the color lookup Table. After using the lookup table function, the index of the lookup table is shown.
The software allow the user to dither the image by using different dither matrix(2*2) (4*4).The user can use the different Filter such as blur , inverted color, Border , RGBAdjust to filter the photo. After editing the photo, the user can save the image as GIF or JPG file format.
