Howard Leung's iV05 Album
The 9th International Conference on Information Visualisation (iV05) took place in London, UK.
The buildings of University of Greenwich are several hundred years old. So I took a few pictures with my colleague Raymond.
The views are good on the River Thames Cruise.

Since it is not such a good idea to go to downtown London, we just walked around in local Greenwich. We went to the Royal Observatory and then went to a pub for drink.
I stayed in King William IV Hotel which is about 5 minutes walk from the campus. The rate was 25 pounds per night. I got a 3-bed room but there were no one else sharing the room with me. I need to share washroom with other people on the same floor though. There is a closet and non-functional TV in the room and there was just a bit of smoking smell in the room.
We took a quick look at Painted Hall during lunch time.
