Authors are invited to submit complete and original papers.  Papers that may be submitted include those that have not previously been published or are not currently being reviewed by another journal or conference.  All submitted papers will be evaluated based on originality, significance, and relevance.

Manuscripts should include an abstract and be limited to 5000 words.   Authors should indicate whether their papers are intended for industrial or research sessions.  Authors can submit their papers via email to wise2000@cs.cityu.edu.hk using PDF, PS or Word format.  The paper itself should be sent as the attachment of the email.  The contacting author will be acknowledged after the paper has been successfully printed.  It is important that detailed contact information about the contacting author, including both the postal and email addresses, be provided when the paper is submitted.

For hardcopy submissions, 5 copies of the manuscripts should be sent at the following addresses on or before the specified deadline:

The final proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press after the conference.  The local proceedings will be provided during the conference.  Authors of keynotes and some selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version to International Journal Special Issues of Information Systems.
