Hong Kong is an international city which blends in the

Hong Kong comprises 235 islands including one with the largest Buddha in

scenic beauty and man-made achievements, it's unique gardens and parks
bursting with birds, wildlife and plants. It has a population of more
than 6 million people, 98% of whom are Chinese. Cantonese is the
major language whilst English is widely used.

Kong is located on the southeastern coast of China and is served by most
major airlines including Air Canada, Air France, British Airways, Canadian
Airlines, Cathay Pacific Airways, Delta Airlines, Japan Airlines, KLM
Royal Dutch Airlines, Lufthansa German Airlines, Northwest Airlines,
Scandinavian Airlines System, United Airlines and Virgin Atlantic
Airways.

VISA
INFORMATION
All visitors to Hong Kong must have valid travel documents, endorsed where
necessary for Hong Kong. These should be valid for at least six months
beyond
your planned departure from Hong Kong.
No visas are required to enter Hong Kong for American, Australian,
Canadian, French and Japanese passport holders for a period of 90 days. British
passport holders can enter Hong Kong without a visa for a period of 180
days.

GATEWAY
TO CHINA & MACAU
China
All visitors to Mainland China must have
valid travel documents. Please contact your local Chinese Embassy for
information regarding visas for China. Alternatively, arrangements
can generally be made for the issue of these visas at the China Travel
Service (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong.
If you intend to spend a day across the
border, the Kowloon-Canton Railway runs scheduled train service daily to Lo
Wu. For other major cities and tourist attractions in China, please

Macau
All visitors to Macau must have a
passport or other valid travel document. No visas are required to
enter Macau for
American, Australian, British, Canadian, French, Japanese and Portuguese passport holders.

If you intend to spend a day or two in
Macau, scheduled ferry sailings leave daily at the Hong Kong Macau Ferry
Terminal on Hong Kong Island, and the China (HK) Ferry Terminal on Kowloon
side (limited service).
