Objectives
The main objective of this module is to learn the fundamental concepts of storing and processing data on external storage media. Upon completion of this module, students are expected to:- understand the organization and functionality of files and databases, and
- be able to manipulate file and database contents for information retrieval.

- Coursework: 40% (1 assignment and 1 test)
- Examination: 60% (2 hours)
