The submitted manuscript must describe original work not
previously published and not concurrently submitted elsewhere.
Submissions should be no more than 10 pages in IEEE conference
proceedings format (two-column, single-space, 10pt).
All figures, appendices, and references must fit within this limit.
Papers that deviate significantly from these requirements risk being
rejected without review.
Only the PDF format manuscripts are accepted for review.
