Camera-Ready Instructions
Formatting Instructions for Accepted Papers
Authors should prepare a PDF file following the IEEE single-space, two-column
format using at least 10 point size type. The paper must be correctly formatted
to fit on U.S. "letter" size page
(8.5" by 11") with at least 1" margins on all 4 sides.
A paper can have up to 2 extra pages beyond the given length limit, with a $150
charge for each additional page.
| Page Limits: | |
|---|---|
| 1. Conference regular papers | 10 pages |
| 2. All workshop papers | 6 pages |
| 3. Demo abstracts | 3 pages |
The PDF file should be prepared according to the IEEE PDF specification. The page numbers will be inserted by the conference CD-ROM producer. So please make sure not to number your pages. Do not insert any footers or headers. Do not use any PDF security features in submitted PDF files, i.e., they must be fully accessible and editable by the CD-ROM producer for numbering and other production purposes.
The IEEE LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates, as well as related information can be found here.
| Copyright Code: |
|---|
| The following Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) code must be placed on the bottom, left-hand side of the first page of each paper: |
| 978-1-4244-5113-5/09/$25.00 ©2009 IEEE |
For authors using LaTeX, inserting the following two lines in .tex file will produce the CCC code at the right location:
\usepackage{eso-pic}
\AddToShipoutPicture*{\small\sffamily\raisebox{1.8cm}{\hspace{1.8cm}978-1-4244-5113-5/09/\$25.00 \copyright 2009 IEEE}}
