Parallel processing will empower various advance applications
even with today's network and Internet (such as WWW) environments.
We are inviting
submissions of papers which present original research results, techniques, methodologies and experiences
from researches and
applications of new algorithms and system developments of scientists,
scholars and industrial practitioners in the areas of parallel/cluster
computing, architectures and network protocol systems.
Part of the
submissions to this special issue will be invited from
selected papers of The fourth
International Conference on Algorithms and Architecture for Parallel Processing (ICA3PP
2000) http://www.cs.cityu.edu.hk/~ica3pp2k/ to be held in Hong Kong,
11 - 13 December 2000.
Papers
submitted to the special issue should contain original materials
not published in nor
submitted to other journals. Papers should be written
in English in a single-column, double-spaced format, less than
or equal
to 20 pages. The special issue co guest editors seek submissions
of the
highest quality and the topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
