The 4th International Conference on Algorithms & Architectures for Parallel Processing (ICA3PP 2000) will be held in Hong Kong on 11 - 13 December 2000.

Following the traditions of the previous successful IEEE ICA3PP conferences held in Brisbane, Singapore, and Melbourne, the objective of ICA3PP 2000 is to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia, industry and governments to advance the theories and technologies in parallel and distributed computing.  The main focus of ICA3PP 2000 will be on two broad areas of parallel and distributed computing, i.e., architectures, algorithms and networks, and systems and applications.  Topics of interest include, but will not be limited to:
