Novotel Hefei is the FAW 2009 Conference Hotel, which is a 4 star hotel in the centre of Hefei and is near the famous Memorial Temple of Bao Zheng.

We have reserved adequate rooms for all attendees from June 19 to 23, 2009. The rate for a single room is RMB 348 (about $51.0) per night. But if you will arrive in Hefei early than June 19, you need to make your reservations in advance and be sure to refer to FAW 2009. The hotel information is listed as following.
