MS6721 Supply Chain Management
Course Aims & Objectives: Supply Chain Management has received enormous attention in industry in recent years. Extensive study has been done (1) to explain the underlying phenomenon, (2) to drive managerial insights and (3) to prescribe the optimal program of actions in Supply Chain Management. The aim of this course is to provide an overview of the current topics on the different aspects of Supply Chain Management and to help students to understand the industrial practices, challenges and opportunities in the area of Supply Chain Management.
