The programme aims at providing in-service primary school teachers with a good understanding of the basic educational principles and a solid foundation on the theory and application of computers in the areas of multimedia instructional design and school management. The programme also aims to provide a wider horizon in computing to enable students to appreciate the more recent developments in Information Technology. The programme will focus on the theory and application of IT in educational activities such as instructional design and delivery as well as administrative and management issues.
